Terms of Use

Agreement

By using https://www.teenigf.org/ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who may participate

Teen IGF activities are intended for teenagers, along with educators, parents, partners and observers who support them. Some programmes have age ranges, which are stated where you apply. Providing accurate information when you register is your responsibility.

Community conduct

Teen IGF is an open, inclusive, non-commercial space. In our sessions, forums and communications you agree not to:

  • harass, bully, threaten or demean any participant;
  • share content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit or unlawful;
  • share another person’s private information without their consent;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your age or affiliation;
  • use our platforms for commercial promotion, spam or political campaigning;
  • disrupt a session, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may remove content, withdraw a certificate, or exclude a participant from current and future activities where these rules are broken.

Content and intellectual property

The name, logo, text, graphics and layout of this website belong to Teen IGF unless stated otherwise. You may quote or share our published resources for non-commercial educational use with credit to Teen IGF. You may not reproduce our branding or present our materials as your own.

If you submit content to us — a piece of writing, a recommendation, a recording of your participation — you confirm it is your own work and give us permission to publish it in connection with Teen IGF activities. You keep ownership of what you create, and may ask us to withdraw it.

Events, registration and certificates

Registration for an event does not guarantee a place where capacity is limited. Programmes, dates and speakers may change. E-certificates are issued to recognise participation only; they do not represent an academic qualification, accreditation or endorsement.

External links

We link to other organisations’ websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but it is provided on an “as is” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
